Fractional Ombudsperson
Fractional Ombudsperson: Providing impartial services to a party(s) seeking a private setting for expressing concerns about interpersonal or team dynamics, as well as organizational concerns. Participants are guided in evaluating options and strategies for handling workplace disputes as well as support in improving their skills for navigating these challenges. Working with an ombuds provides an opportunity for an individual(s) to resolve their own issues prior to seeking the intervention of Human Resources or other formal mechanisms. Businesses can retain a fractional ombuds to empower their employees to proactively seek support to co-construct their own solutions and thereby reduce internal and external escalations. Additionally, based upon their work with your organization, the ombuds can identify recurrent themes that cause issues as well as opportunities for change management all while keeping employee interactions 100% confidential.
Note: Mediation is also an option provided as part of the Fractional Ombudsperson services.

Conflict Coaching
A one-on-one process where individual contributors, managers, directors, or executives are supported in having their conflict resolution skills evaluated and then supported in building more effective self- and interpersonal awareness, communication skills, and strategies for both working with others and resolving issues when they arise.

Conflict Coaching
A one-on-one process where you are supported in navigating conflict dynamics in your interpersonal and family dynamics. This is an opportunity to have an objective consultant evaluate your conflict resolution skills and then be supported in enhancing self awareness so you can more effectively communicate your needs, set healthy boundaries, and both learn and experiment with new strategies for resolving issues when they arise.

Listen Spaces
Do you have a concern or situation where you could benefit from sharing the issue with an objective party? Do you need someone to hold space for you? Are you seeking to be heard and fully seen? Or do you need support in grounding and having a shared safe space? Listening spaces fill the gap that exists between talking with a trusted friend, advisor, or family member and working with a therapist to process events and heal traumas. In a listening space, individuals or small groups can work with a facilitator in witnessing their frustrations, concerns, fears, grief, or other latent emotions in a non-judgemental and confidential setting. The participant(s) can, if requested, be supported through additional modalities that support nervous system regulation such as guided breathwork, meditation, and somatic exercises.

Mediation
Mediation is a voluntary conversation between disputants where a mediator supports the parties in discussing the issue(s), understanding their various perspectives and needs, as well as building their own solutions for conflict resolution. Mediation is both a private and 100% confidential service for participants. It is suitable for 2 or more people such as friends, neighbors, or family members in dispute.
